Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, the account shall be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any Real Funds deposited returned to the Player after identity verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pusyy88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pusyy88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds contained therein. Real Funds balances in duplicate accounts shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
When registering an account with pusyy88, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pusyy88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
pusyy88 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players may be required to submit identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pusyy88 recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pusyy88 shall not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. pusyy88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pusyy88 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. pusyy88 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits via all supported methods are typically credited to the Player's Wallet instantly or within five (5) minutes of transaction confirmation. Withdrawals to eWallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or direct bank transfer are typically processed on the same business day. pusyy88 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction requires manual review.
Real Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements attach to the requested withdrawal amount. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly and must be converted to Real Funds through satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
pusyy88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees or limits; pusyy88 has no control over and is not responsible for any such charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pusyy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pusyy88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits pusyy88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by pusyy88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with pusyy88, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pusyy88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration institution. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court.
pusyy88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pusyy88 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
